Public Interest and new Cats
Posted by Matt |Friend and Family (and the FBI),
Seriously, do you ever want to get your records from the Freedom of Info Act to see what kind of crap those bastards have on you?
My thoughts are wondering as I finish my scholarship for public interest law to send in to Villanova. If I get this, it’s 100% free, along with amazing help with mentors inside and outside the school in areas of your interest.
I also have my ear out for Eliot in the next room, our 8-month old kitty, to make sure he isn’t bugging the newest recruit, a 11-month old beautiful girl cat we took from my aunt (she rescued her from her nasty neighborhood). Any ideas for names? She’s tiger-stripe black and light brown, big yellow eyes, sweet round face.
Animals are great. This new cat is going to be good company for Eliot who’s been just tearing up my hands in play.
Things change so quickly. Last year was miles away.. where will I be in a year? Most of one year of law school behind me, married, maybe in a new house? What post will I be writing then? Which president will be screwing us over?
Can’t wait to play this weekend. Shaun and I are ever fine-tuning our melodic manifesto, and can’t wait to share with some new (and old) folks this Saturday and beyond.
